Where We Ship We currently ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days after order processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Shipping Charges Free shipping on all orders across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery across India. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Our delivery partner will contact you before delivery.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to track your order.

Failed Delivery If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-delivery may take an additional 2-3 business days. Ventso.store is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided at the time of order.
