Refund policy
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the order ID or proof of purchase.
Video Evidence Required To process any return, damage, or wrong item claim, customers must provide a clear unboxing video as proof. Claims without video evidence will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. A video of the damaged item is mandatory to process your claim.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items We do not accept returns for personal care products, undergarments, or items damaged due to misuse. Returns on sale items are not accepted.
Cash on Delivery Orders COD orders are non-refundable once delivered, except in cases of damaged or wrong items with valid video proof. Refunds for eligible COD orders will be processed via UPI/bank transfer within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once accepted, place a new order separately.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via UPI/bank transfer for COD orders.
